Executive Function Assessment - $250
This is a thorough consultation with our executive function specialist that evaluates the student’s proficiency in regard to key executive function skills (time management, organization, emotional regulation, etc.). Students and parents receive a report detailing the student’s unique learning profile, including areas of strength and areas for improvement. Everyone involved in the student’s learning (student, coach, parents, teachers, learning support specialist, etc.) can use this report to inform their approach to lessons and schoolwork.
In-person Academic Coaching - $180/hour
Our most convenient option. This is best for those who may struggle with online learning and who want in-person weekly meetings. Students can meet with a coach in the comfort of their own home, in a coffee shop or library, or in their school. You also get the flexibility of organizing lessons on a week-by-week basis. With this option, you’re not locked into any weekly schedule, and you simply pay for the coaching hours you use (billed weekly, in arrears).
ONLINE Academic Coaching - $150/hour
Access our full range of expert academic coaches. Online coaching allows students to meet efficiently and effectively from their computers. With this option, you’re not locked into any weekly schedule, and you simply pay for the coaching hours you use (billed weekly, in arrears).
Executive Function Coaching - $150/hour (online); $180/hour (in-person)
This is coaching specially designed for those who need help with the core components of executive function: time management, study skills, task prioritization and organization, and self-management. Like the academic coaching option, this is billed weekly in arrears, and you’re not locked into any set number of hours. Our coaches work executive function skill-building into regular academic coaching, but this is for those who need dedicated executive function support.
The Mentally Healthy Student Program - $150/hour
Our partnership with Sequoia Teen Counseling Center, this program combines academic coaching and mental health counseling in a holistic package. Sessions are billed by Sequoia Teen Counseling Center, at a rate of $150/hour.
Cascade 20-hour Lesson Pack (online coaching) - $2700
