Transitions can be tough—whether it's starting high school or advancing to a new grade. That’s why Hampton Tutors created this virtual summer program: to help students strengthen academic skills, reduce anxiety, and build emotional readiness for the year ahead. With expert support and a welcoming community, we’re here to make sure your teen feels confident, capable, and prepared for success—in school and beyond.
What’s Inside the Program
Our 8-week, 16-session summer intensive blends executive functioning coaching, academic skill building, and mindfulness practices to set students up for success in the school year ahead.
Each week features targeted themes, small-group sessions (max 12 students), and personalized coaching led by experienced academic tutors.
Master Time, Focus & Organization
Students learn essential executive functioning skills—including time management, organization systems, and goal setting—to stay on top of academic demands going into the new school year.
Boost Academic Confidence
We revisit core subjects like reading, writing, and math while teaching effective study habits and test-prep strategies that support long-term learning.
Build Emotional Resilience & Communication Skills
Through mindfulness, peer coaching, and SEL-based activities, students learn to manage stress, advocate for themselves, and collaborate effectively.
Program Details
Duration: 8 Week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Virtual Program
Time: 1.5 hour sessions, 12pm PT
Group Size: 10–12 students
Cost: $400 per student (all-inclusive) - BONUS: receive an Executive Functioning Assessment, which includes a cognitive evaluation that provides personalized reports highlighting students' strengths and areas for growth, along with actionable strategies to enhance academic performance. These tools are helpful to parents as you explore things like class selection and future enrichment programs.
